Disclaimer!!! Many of the booths along the perimeter do NOT have great lighting. The lightbulbs have been replaced, but because these booths are under the walking track, they are shaded. We encourage vendors to bring additional lighting, HOWEVER, it needs to be battery powered because there aren’t many outlets, and the breaker easily trips.

  •  Approval letters will be sent as we approve applications. All applicants will know whether or not they have been approved by October 1, 2025

 Booth Size Choices and Payment

  • We will send the link for the BOOTH CHOICES AND PAYMENT on October 2, 2025. It is very important to look for this email. There are a specific amount of each type of booth size. You will choose the size and pay for the booth all at once. If you wait, the size you prefer may not be available. 

 The 2025 Policies and Procedures Manual and Contract is the contract for this event. Be sure to read and understand it.
